Digital Transformation
Less about new technology. More about making what you already own actually work together.
What we do
We connect the systems you already run, so information stops being manually re-typed between them: your ERP, your shop-floor machines, your trading partners, and your banks. This covers EDI, ERP integration and extension, machine and banking integration, and workflow automation, plus the mobile-enabling work that gets the system out of the back office and into the hands of whoever’s doing the job. The result usually isn’t a new platform to learn. It’s the one you already have, finally reaching every corner of the business.
Why it matters
Most companies don’t have a technology problem. They have a joins problem.
The ERP is fine. The warehouse team is capable. Finance knows what they’re doing. But the ERP doesn’t reach the shop floor, so someone re-types data every evening. Trading partners send POs as PDFs. Approvals live in email chains. Three departments keep their own version of the same spreadsheet. Nobody can answer “where is that order right now” without calling four people. That’s what we fix.
How we work
- Process mapping, on the ground. We follow the actual process, not the documented one. Where does information get re-typed? Where does work wait? Where do people quietly work around the system?
- A gap and opportunity report. Plain English, showing where time and money are being lost, with a rough size against each item. You can act on it with or without us.
- A prioritised roadmap. Sequenced by value and effort. Quick wins first, so the programme funds its own credibility.
- Build and integrate, AI-enabled. This is the bulk of the work, and like everything we build, our team uses AI throughout it, for code and for the data-mapping work that integration always involves. It’s part of why this moves faster than a traditional integration project:
- EDI — We’ve built a global enterprise application to securely send and receive purchase orders, forecasts, advance shipment notices, invoices and payment advices with suppliers and customers, fully integrated with SAP and Oracle. Partner onboarding included.
- ERP integration and extension — SAP and Oracle, plus Tally, Zoho, QuickBooks and Xero. We extend what you have rather than replace it.
- Machine and shop-floor integration — IIoT connections to production equipment for live status, error reporting and alarms.
- Banking and payments integration — Direct bank connections, payment gateways, e-KYC and credit check services.
- Mobile-enabling floor and field work — Getting the system into the hands of the person doing the job.
- Workflow automation — Approvals out of email and into structured flows with an audit trail.
- Dashboards — One version of the truth instead of competing spreadsheets.
- Adoption. This is where transformation programmes usually die. We train, pilot with real users, design for the person who’ll use it forty times a day, and adjust after go-live.
What typically changes
- Manual data entry drops sharply, often from weeks of effort to hours
- Approvals move from email to structured workflows with a clear audit trail
- Cycle times shorten because work stops waiting on people
- Everyone works from the same numbers
- You become audit-ready as a by-product, not as a separate project
A real example
An industrial factory in Indonesia running SAP alongside Excel sheets, handwritten records, and a data-entry team keying everything in during the evenings, because materials arrived and were consumed within an hour. The result was counting errors, storage confusion, unchecked material entering production and costly rectification.
We didn’t replace SAP. We added a mobile layer on top of it that removed the manual entry, made quality checks mandatory before material could be used, enforced storage locations, simplified counting, and pushed urgent material requests straight to managers for instant approval.
95%
Inventory accuracy achieved after deployment
The remaining 5% traced to operational habits — correctable with targeted training, not technology.
That's what good digital transformation looks like. Not a rip-and-replace. A targeted fix that gets used.
Tell us your challenge.
A system that keeps breaking. An ERP that doesn’t reach the shop floor. Trading partner data arriving as PDFs. Alerts nobody can keep up with. Roles you can’t fill. An AI project stuck at pilot. Send us two lines and we’ll tell you straight away whether we can help.
Together: Our Wisdom, Your Success.
Have any Question to our team?
Do we have to replace our ERP?
No. Almost everything we build sits on top of what you already run.
How long does a transformation programme take?
The gap report takes two to four weeks. Build work is sliced so you see something usable every few weeks.
What if our data is a mess?
That’s normal, and cleaning it is usually part of the first phase.
