Our Products
Built by our own team. Running in real factories and finance departments today.
Why a services company builds its own software
We built these because clients kept describing the same two problems. Information trapped in emails and spreadsheets before it ever reaches the accounting system. And no visibility at all once material hits the factory floor.
We could have kept solving those one project at a time. Building products instead taught us things no client engagement would have: what breaks at scale, what an upgrade path costs, what happens when a user hates your interface and has to use it anyway, and what an auditor asks for at the worst possible moment. That’s the honest reason our services advice tends to be practical. We’ve had to live with our own decisions for years.
The two
OctoLynk
— Purchase requisition to reconciled payment Most tools start at the invoice. OctoLynk starts before the purchase order exists and runs the full chain: requisition, RFQ, quotes, PO, delivery, goods receipt, 3-way match, posting, payment and bank reconciliation. Eleven steps. Works with Tally, Zoho, QuickBooks, Xero and SAP. Template-free extraction, multi-language. Live in one to two weeks.
Best fit: finance and procurement teams still keying documents by hand, in distribution, retail, logistics, manufacturing, FMCG and BPO.
OrbiIQ
— Traceability, MES, process control and warehouse management Machine-integrated traceability from serial number marking through to shipping and warranty claims. Connects directly to Panasonic, Fuji, Omron, KohYoung, Asys, Nutek and more. Plus a WMS that complements SAP and Oracle rather than replacing them.
Stats: 95%+ trackability · 60–80% fewer field failures · 20% more throughput · ISO and IATF ready
Best fit: electronics, EMS, automotive suppliers and mid-sized manufacturers facing OEM traceability demands or the EU Digital Product Passport timetable.
What they have in common
01
They work with what you already run.
Neither product asks you to rip anything out. OctoLynk connects to your accounting system. OrbiIQ sits alongside SAP or Oracle, and connects to the machines already on your line.
02
They’re modular.
Switch on one thing. Expand when it’s earned your trust.
03
They go live in days or weeks, not quarters.
This is the single biggest reason mid-sized companies never adopt enterprise software, so we designed against it from the start.
04
They’re priced for a mid-sized business.
Not enterprise licensing with a mid-sized discount.
04
We deploy with a 20% buffer
Not enterprise licensing with a mid-sized discount.
05
The same team builds and supports them.
You aren’t buying from a vendor and getting support from a call centre.
How buying works
A demo on your data,
not sample data. Usually within a week of the first call.
A pilot on one line, one warehouse or one document type.
Small enough to prove or disprove quickly.
Rollout,
once the pilot has produced numbers you believe.
Support and enhancement
ongoing.
We'd rather lose a deal at the pilot stage than win one that doesn't work.
And the services behind them
Everything we’ve learned building these is available as a service too: custom development, ERP and EDI integration, AI, Cloud & DevOps and AIOps, and engineers who can join your team.
Also in development: AI Compliance Manager, for ISO 27001, SOC 2, HIPAA and HITRUST.
Tell us your challenge.
A system that keeps breaking. An ERP that doesn’t reach the shop floor. Trading partner data arriving as PDFs. Alerts nobody can keep up with. Roles you can’t fill. An AI project stuck at pilot. Send us two lines and we’ll tell you straight away whether we can help.
