The reason most projects run late has nothing to do with code
It’s handovers. The consultant hands to the developer, and context is lost. The developer hands to the ops team, and assumptions break. The ops team hands to the people who have to use it every day, and nobody asked them anything. Each handover costs weeks, and each one is somewhere for accountability to disappear.
We remove those handovers. The same company scopes it, builds it, integrates it, deploys it, supports it, and can supply the engineers to run it afterwards. One team, one number to call, one organisation that can’t blame another one.

AI Services, above, is where we build AI for you. This is different: it’s how our own team works, on all five services, whether or not AI is the thing being delivered.
Code generation, automated review, test-writing, document handling, first-draft architecture options — our engineers use AI throughout their own workflow, the same way a carpenter uses a power tool rather than a hand saw. It doesn’t replace judgement, and it doesn’t replace the discovery and process-mapping work that has to happen with real people in the room. What it removes is the repetitive work around all of that, which is a real part of why our timelines run shorter than a traditional team’s.

Requirements agreed up front, payment tied to milestones. Our most popular model, and the right one when you need cost certainty and clear checkpoints.
Dedicated Engineers
Engineers supplied to your spec at a fixed monthly price, working to your priorities.
Outcome-Based
Where the result can be measured cleanly, such as inventory accuracy, cycle time, MTTR or uptime, we’ll agree a target and tie part of our fee to hitting it. Most vendors won’t. We will, where the measurement is honest on both sides.
